How to Prepare (General Guidance)

1. Wash hands and sterilize bottle/cup and utensils.

2. Boil fresh drinking water. Let it cool to ~40–50 °C (warm, not hot).

4. Shake/stir until dissolved. Use immediately. Discard any unfinished formula within 1 hour.
